The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zurich invites applications for three professorships in the newly created Department of Anaesthesiology at the University Hospital Zurich: Professorship for General Anaesthesiology, Professorship for Pain Management and Outpatient Anaesthesiology, and Professorship for Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Anaesthesiology.
Professorship for General Anaesthesiology (100%)
The tasks of the professorship include the promotion of anaesthesiology research with focus on pain therapy and regional anaesthesia procedures on a clinical and translational level, the management of an own research program, active participation in teaching within the medical curriculum, and the coordination of junior staff promotion programs and continuing education for medical specialists.
Professorship for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anaesthesiology (100%)
